Progress Updates

June 15th, 2020 – New Photos are in! Take a look from the sky at Arabella taking shape. As you may know, the primary work since fall last year has been completing underground utilities to each and everyone of the 706 home sites. More recently retaining and common area walls have gone vertical, giving an even more defined shape to the community.

Individual lots and the private streets for Phase 1 have been formally registered. The final layouts shows little changes from the original plans. The main entrance off Tatum, is aptly named Arabella Way, with additional gates off Grovers Ave and Bell Rd.

We now have lot numbers assigned for Phase 1. Lot 99 appears to be the largest lot in the community coming in just a little over 13,000 sq ft. Start marking down your favorite lots!

Floor plans and prices are unfortunately still not available, but stay tuned for more details soon!
