Pool Opening and More!
April 11, 2023 – As Arabella development continues, more and more of the community is beginning to feel like a neighborhood – and less like a construction site. Construction is nearly all concentrated in the east and southeast section of the community.
The long awaited community pool will be ready for the summer swim season, and is expected to be opened in the next 30 days.
While sales continue, many opportunities for specific plans/series are dwindling quickly.
The Estate series homes are completely sold out (pending any last minute cancellations), and the 45×120 series (Bluebird, Mockingbird, Owl, Stork) are nearly sold out with just a handful of each floorplan remaining. Those wanting exclusively single level homes will soon need to start shifting to the previously owned market, or head up to Talinn at Desert Ridge for more new construction opportunities.
