Dec 18, 2023 – As Arabella enters its final stages of development, construction of single family homes is nearly complete. As of writing, less than a dozen single family homes remain available. Incredible below market interest rates are available on many homes and duplex homes right now.

Most plans for the duplex homes remain available, and one last small phase of duplex is set to start selling in the second half of 2024 before the final opportunity to be an original owner in Arabella comes to a close.
