What’s new at Arabella?

September 19, 2022 – Development at Arabella continues! The westernmost (Phase 1) section of the community is nearing completion. The community pool and spa area is still a work in progress, but looking beautiful. Despite challenges with labor and material shortages (a problem plaguing ALL builders), development of the community is moving along nicely.

As the development shift to the East and Southern sections of the community, sales of new homes continue.  The duplex and 50×70 homes are the large majority of what’s in the southernmost section of the community, so this is where many of the remaining homesites are located. There are still some opportunities for the 45×120 series homes (Mockingbird, Bluebird, Owl, Stork), but they are on the ‘endangered list’, and very limited homesites remain. The Estate series homes are nearly extinct.

For those who are worried about interest mortgage rates, the builder is taking care of it’s homebuyers in Arabella by subsidizing the interest rates when using their preferred lender – certain terms will apply, but this is a GREAT deal that will not last forever. Homes are available for purchase on various timelines, so not all homes are on a 10-12 month build time at the moment. There are a few opportunities for quicker move in homes.
